Speedo Sponsorship

Double Olympic gold medalist Rebecca Adlington is delighted to announce her new sponsorship deal with Speedo, the world's leading swimwear brand.

The signing follows an incredible 2008 which saw the Mansfield athlete blow the competition out of the water at both national and world levels to become the first British woman to win an Olympic gold medal since Anita Lonsbrough in 1960.

Commenting on the signing, Rebecca said "For me, 2008 was filled with some unbelievable achievements.  I am thrilled to be starting this New Year with Speedo, one of the most iconic sports brands in the world.  I am looking forward to another fantastic year in 2009 with Speedo by my side."
