World Champs Day 1- 400m Freestyle

Rebecca produced an amazing performance in the final of the 400m Freestyle last night in Rome, in her first major international event since Beijing.

After a disappointing swim in the heats, which placed her in lane 8 for the final, Rebecca swam an excellently paced race to win a bronze medal in a best time of 4.00.79- over 2 seconds faster than the time she posted to win Olympic gold in Beijing last August.
