800m Gold!

The British Gas Championships are just
getting better and better for me.
Following my 200m Freestyle win earlier
in the week, tonight was my favoured event - the 800m Freestyle.
I'm delighted to have retained my title and take home the gold
medal.
It was a hard race as I was out in front
for a long period, but all the work I have put in at training
really paid off and I felt great in the water. With one race to go,
the 400m Freestyle, I'm hoping I can make it three out of
three.
