
Keeping in Peak Condition

As I work so hard in the pool and the
gym, I'm always aware of picking up unwanted niggles and that's
where the physio comes in.
It's not only really important to have
these little issues sorted out before they get any more serious,
but its also about keeping my body in the best condition possible
so that my technique and form in the water is absolutely spot on.
These days, physiotherapy and sport go hand in hand - and its about
prevention as well as cure.
I've being seeing Response Physio, in
Nottingham, for years and they also look after my club team, Nova
Centurion. I can't recommend having physio enough and these guys
are great!
