World Champs 400m Free

Really happy with my swim. It was a personal best and 2 seconds
quicker than i went at the Olympics in Beijing, which shows i'm
moving forward in the 400m Freestyle along my journey to London
2012. Was brilliant to have 2 British girls on the podium again, I
was so proud of Jo, she swam a great race. It was Pellagrini's
night and awesome to be part of a race which will go down in
history. The atmosphere was excellent and hopefully it'll be like
that in London for us.
I'm now looking forward to the 4x200 relay and the 800m
Freestyle later in the week.
