I'm over the moon with the start I have made to the British Gas Championships.

I’m really looking forward to the British Gas Swimming Championships in Sheffield on March 29th – as it’s the first chance to qualify for the Commonwealth Games later in the year. Obviously the 800m and 400m are my main focus, but I’d also really like to qualify for the 4x200m relay, as I love the race.

It was my 21st birthday a few weeks ago and although it wasn’t a huge affair, I had a great day
