I'm in Barcelona this week for the first leg of the 2010 Mare Nostrum meet - it's a long-course swimming competition that takes place in three European cities over the summer. I'll be competing in my favourite event, the 800m Freestyle, but also the 200m Butterfly.

Don't worry, it's not an event change! I just wanted to be able to get in the pool and swim without any expectancy or pressure on me and the 200m fly will be exactly that. It's a chance to enjoy myself.
