I spent the most amazing day at Wimbledon for the Women's Singles Final on Saturday. I've never been to the tennis before, and it was such a good experience. You get so close to the action and to see the speed and power of the shots live rather than on the TV was a real eye opener, they hit it so hard!

It was really hard to decide who to support out of Williams and Zvonareva as I do like an underdog, but I think the end result was pretty fair. Over the whole tournament, Serena deserved to win as she played some brilliant tennis.

My sister, Chloe, is a huge tennis fan - she plays a lot - so it was a real thrill for her too. We were lucky enough to be invited to the Royal box and were treated like princesses for the entire day. I sat on a table for lunch with Denise Lewis and Shirley Bassey and it was great to catch up with Denise as we've have met each other a few times now.

We also had afternoon tea and I can honestly say the best strawberries I have ever eaten!
