
Training, training, training

I'm currently doing a period of two months heavy training - so
it's pretty hardcore for me at the moment. I do a two-hour high
intensity session both in the morning and the afternoon plus an
hour and a half in the gym. So by the time I get home, I'm
shattered. To relax, I love putting Strictly or X-Factor on the TV
and raiding the fridge.
However, with the London Olympics only 1000 days away - it's
really not hard for me to motivate myself. A home games is
something every Olympian dreams of and I'm determined to defend the
two titles I won in Beijing.
